Available to all club members from 4pm to 8pm on Friday and Saturday evenings before the club opens at 8pm we will be offering a range of treatments, including deep tissue massage, hot stones, reflexology and Swedish massages. Please see below for prices and treatment descriptions.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a treatment using gentle pressure on specific points along your feet, easing stress and making you feel wonderful.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. A deep tissue massage will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort.

Swedish massage is a type of massage therapy that's primarily known for its relaxation effects. With this technique, a massage therapist targets muscles with a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading.

Hot Stones
Hot stone massage can relieve pain and tension in your muscles due to the combination of massage therapy and heat. Heat is often recommended as a way to treat achy muscles. Applying heat to an area of the body helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing.
